Instructions
- Prepare the zucchini noodles using a spiralizer or vegetable peeler and set aside.
- Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces, season with salt and pepper, and cook in a skillet with olive oil until golden brown and fully cooked.
- In the same skillet, add sesame oil, minced garlic, and sliced bell pepper, sautéing for 2-3 minutes.
- Return the cooked chicken to the skillet, add zucchini noodles and soy sauce, and toss everything together, cooking for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Remove from heat, stir in chopped green onions, and garnish with sesame seeds before serving.
