Ingredients

  • 1 cup water

Instructions

  1. Marinate chicken in soy sauce for 30 minutes.
  2. Heat oil in a pot over medium heat.
  3. Sauté garlic and onion until fragrant.
  4. Add chicken and cook until browned.
  5. Pour in vinegar and let it boil without stirring.
  6. Add water, bay leaves, and peppercorns.
  7. Simmer for 30 minutes until chicken is tender.
  8. Adjust seasoning if needed.
