Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.

- Divide the batter among the cupcake liners, filling each about two-thirds full, and bake for 18-20 minutes. Cool in the pan for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
- Prepare the chocolate ganache by heating cream, then adding chocolate and butter until smooth. Let it cool slightly.
- Frost the cooled cupcakes with ganache and top each with a Ferrero Rocher candy, adding extra hazelnuts and chocolate shavings if desired.
