Ingredients

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare an 8×8-inch (20×20 cm) baking pan.
- Melt the coconut oil and let it cool slightly.
- Sift together the cocoa powder, flour, and salt in a medium bowl.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the melted coconut oil, granulated sugar, and brown sugar. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in the vanilla extract.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring gently until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, checking for doneness with a toothpick.
- Let the brownies cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before cutting into squares.
