Ingredients

- Brown sugar: 100 grams (1/2 cup)
- Eggs: 3 large
- Espresso powder: 2 tablespoons
- All-purpose flour: 120 grams (1 cup)
- Cocoa powder: 30 grams (1/4 cup)

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F).
- Grease and line an 8×8 inch (20×20 cm) baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt the chopped dark chocolate and cubed unsalted butter until smooth.

- Bake for 20-25 minutes, checking for doneness with a toothpick.
- Allow the brownies to cool in the pan for about 10 minutes, then lift them out using the parchment paper and transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
