- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, chilled and cubed
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup ice water
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup strawberries, hulled and halved
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup raspberries
- 1/4 cup fruit glaze (store-bought or homemade)

- 1 teaspoon almond extract (optional)
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)
- Chopped nuts, like almonds or pistachios, for added crunch (optional)

Instructions
- Prepare the tart crust by mixing flour, sugar, and salt, then adding chilled butter until crumbly. Gradually add ice water to form a dough, wrap, and chill for 30 minutes.
- Whip heavy cream in a bowl until soft peaks form, then add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, continuing to whip until stiff peaks form.
- Spread the whipped cream filling evenly over the cooled tart crust and arrange the berries on top in a spiral pattern.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C), line the crust with parchment and weights, bake for 15 minutes, then remove weights and bake for another 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
- Chill the assembled tart in the refrigerator for at least an hour before serving, dust with powdered sugar, slice, and enjoy.
Notes
- Ensure butter is chilled for a flaky crust.
- Do not overmix the whipped cream to avoid turning it into butter.
- Store leftovers covered in the refrigerator for up to three days.
- Use seasonal fruits for variations.
- For gluten-free, substitute with a gluten-free flour blend.
- For vegan, use coconut cream or dairy-free whipped topping.
