  • Bell peppers: 1 medium, finely chopped (any color)
  • Cumin: 1 teaspoon (2 g)
  • Paprika: 1 teaspoon (2 g)
  • Olives: 1/4 cup (40 g), chopped (green or black)
  • Hard-boiled eggs: 2, chopped
  • Egg wash: 1 egg beaten with 1 tablespoon water

Instructions

  1. Prepare the dough by mixing flour and salt, then adding cold butter until crumbly. Gradually add ice-cold water and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Make the filling by sautéing onions and bell peppers, then adding ground beef and cooking until browned. Stir in spices, olives, and hard-boiled eggs, then let cool.
