Description

Ingredients

  • Cabbage: 2 cups, finely shredded
  • Carrots: 1 cup, grated
  • Bell Peppers: 1 cup, finely chopped (any color)
  • Green Onions: 1/2 cup, chopped
  • Garlic: 2 cloves, minced
  • Soy Sauce: 2 tablespoons
  • Sesame Oil: 1 tablespoon
  • Egg Roll Wrappers: 10 pieces
  • Vegetable Oil: for frying (about 2 cups)
  • Salt and Pepper: to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the filling by combining cabbage, carrots, bell peppers, green onions, garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Assemble the egg rolls by placing 2 tablespoons of filling in the center of an egg roll wrapper, folding and rolling it tightly.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat and fry the egg rolls for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.

Notes

  • Do not overfill the egg rolls to prevent bursting.
