Ingredients
- Cabbage: 2 cups, finely shredded
- Carrots: 1 cup, grated
- Bell Peppers: 1 cup, finely chopped (any color)
- Green Onions: 1/2 cup, chopped
- Garlic: 2 cloves, minced
- Soy Sauce: 2 tablespoons
- Sesame Oil: 1 tablespoon
- Egg Roll Wrappers: 10 pieces
- Vegetable Oil: for frying (about 2 cups)
- Salt and Pepper: to taste
Instructions
- Prepare the filling by combining cabbage, carrots, bell peppers, green onions, garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl.
- Assemble the egg rolls by placing 2 tablespoons of filling in the center of an egg roll wrapper, folding and rolling it tightly.
- Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat and fry the egg rolls for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Notes
- Do not overfill the egg rolls to prevent bursting.
- Seal the edges properly with water to avoid leaks during cooking.
- Fry in batches to maintain oil temperature and achieve crispiness.
