Ingredients

- Breadcrumbs: 1/2 cup (60 g)
- Egg: 1 large
- Garlic: 3 cloves, minced
- Ginger: 1 tablespoon, grated
- Soy sauce: 2 tablespoons
- Honey: 2 tablespoons
- Sriracha: 1 tablespoon (adjust to taste)
- Sesame oil: 1 tablespoon
- Green onions: 2, finely chopped (for garnish)
- Salt: 1/2 teaspoon
- Pepper: 1/2 teaspoon
- Olive oil: 2 tablespoons (for cooking)
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, and egg.
- Add minced garlic, grated ginger, soy sauce, honey, sriracha, sesame oil, salt, and pepper. Mix gently.
- Shape the mixture into meatballs, about 1.5 inches in diameter, and place on a lined baking sheet.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and bake the meatballs for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Prepare the sweet and spicy sauce by mixing equal parts honey and sriracha in a small bowl.
- Brush the sauce over the meatballs during the last 5 minutes of baking.
