  • Sesame oil – 2 tablespoons (30 ml)
  • Green onions – 4, chopped
  • Sesame seeds – 2 tablespoons
  • Olive oil – 1 tablespoon

Instructions

  1. Prepare the seitan by slicing it into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Make the teriyaki sauce by combining soy sauce, brown sugar, minced garlic, grated ginger, and sesame oil in a bowl and whisking until the sugar dissolves.
