Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare your baking pans by buttering them and lining with parchment paper.
  2. Sift together cake flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and kosher salt. Set aside.
  3. Cream butter and granulated sugar in a stand mixer on medium-high speed until light and fluffy. Add pink gel food coloring and mix well.
