Description
Dubai pistachio kunefe chocolate balls are a delightful fusion of rich dark chocolate, sweetened condensed milk, and crushed pistachios, all wrapped in crispy kunefe pastry.
Ingredients
- Dark chocolate: 200 grams
- Sweetened condensed milk: 1 can (approximately 397 grams)
- Crushed pistachios: 100 grams
- Kunefe pastry: 200 grams
- Butter: 50 grams (melted)
- Rose water: 1 tablespoon
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Break the kunefe pastry into small pieces and mix with melted butter.
- Spread the kunefe mixture on a baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the dark chocolate in 30-second intervals.
- Combine melted chocolate with sweetened condensed milk and crushed pistachios.
- Roll small portions of the chocolate mixture into balls (about 2.5 cm in diameter).
- Coat each chocolate ball with the cooled kunefe pastry.
- Chill the coated balls in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
- Serve with optional rose water syrup and enjoy!
