Instructions
- Whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt in a medium bowl and set aside.
- Cream the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy, then add the egg and vanilla, mixing well.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and mix until just combined. Fold in the sprinkles.
- Roll dough into balls and chill for at least 2 hours.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Place chilled dough balls on the sheets and bake for 12-13 minutes or until lightly browned around the edges.
- Cool on the baking sheets for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
