Ingredients

Instructions

  2. Mix cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Add egg and mix until combined.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter.
  5. Press crumb mixture into the bottom of mini muffin tins.
  6. Fill with cheesecake mixture.
  7. Add chocolate chips on top if desired.
  8. Bake for 20 minutes.
  9. Let cool and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
