  • 1 egg for egg wash

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water.
  2. Add sugar, salt, oil, and eggs. Mix well.
  3. Gradually add flour, kneading until smooth.
  4. Let the dough rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
  5. Punch down the dough and divide it into three equal pieces.
  6. Braid the pieces together to form a loaf.
  7. Place on a baking sheet and let rise for another 30 minutes.
