Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add onion and bell pepper, sauté until softened.
  4. Add swiss chard, cook until wilted.
  5. In a bowl, whisk the eggs, salt, and pepper.
  6. Pour the egg mixture over the vegetables in the skillet.
  7. Sprinkle feta cheese on top.
  8. Cook on the stove for 2-3 minutes until the edges set.
  9. Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes until fully set.
  10. Let it cool slightly before slicing and serving.
