Description
A delicious recipe for fudgy Nutella brownies that combines the rich flavor of Nutella with a soft, gooey texture.
Ingredients
- Nutella: 1 cup (about 280 grams)
- All-purpose flour: 1/2 cup (about 65 grams)
- Unsweetened cocoa powder: 1/3 cup (about 40 grams)
- Eggs: 2 large
- Granulated sugar: 1/2 cup (about 100 grams)
- Vanilla extract: 1 teaspoon
- Salt: a pinch
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare an 8×8-inch (20×20 cm) baking pan by greasing it or lining it with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine Nutella, eggs, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract. Whisk until smooth and creamy. In a separate bowl, sift together flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and stir until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly. Bake for 20-25 minutes, checking for doneness with a toothpick.
- Let the brownies cool in the pan for 10-15 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely. Cut into squares and serve.
Notes
- Use original Nutella for the best flavor.
- Check brownies at the 20-minute mark to avoid overbaking.
- Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
