Description

Crockpot ranch chicken is a delightful dish that combines convenience with incredible flavor, featuring tender chicken simmering in a creamy ranch sauce.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 packet of ranch seasoning mix
  • 8 oz of cream cheese
  • 1 cup of chicken broth
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the chicken by placing it at the bottom of the crockpot and seasoning with salt and pepper.
  2. Add the ranch seasoning mix evenly over the chicken breasts.
  3. Cut the softened cream cheese into cubes and place on top of the chicken and ranch seasoning.
  4. Pour in the chicken broth and sprinkle minced garlic over the top.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours until the chicken is tender.
  6. Shred the chicken in the crockpot and mix with the creamy sauce before serving.
