Instructions
- Gather your ingredients.
- Prepare the chicken by placing it at the bottom of the crock pot.
- Mix the sauce by combining pineapple chunks, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, and onion in a bowl.
- Pour the sauce mixture over the chicken in the crock pot.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- Shred the chicken and return it to the sauce in the crock pot.
- Assemble your sandwiches using toasted rolls and the shredded chicken.
