Ingredients

- 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can (15 oz) corn, drained
- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 cups chicken broth
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the crock pot.
- Add black beans, corn, diced tomatoes, taco seasoning, onion, garlic, chicken broth, and bell pepper.
- Stir to combine all ingredients.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 4 hours.
- Shred the chicken with two forks before serving.

- Add toppings like cheese, avocado, or cilantro.
