Ingredients
- Fresh green beans: 1 pound (450 grams), trimmed
- Grated Parmesan cheese: 1/2 cup (50 grams)
- Olive oil: 2 tablespoons
- Garlic powder: 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper: 1/2 teaspoon
- Sea salt: 1/2 teaspoon (or to taste)
Instructions
- Rinse the green beans under cold water and trim the ends.
- Pat the green beans dry with a clean kitchen towel.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the green beans with olive oil, garlic powder, black pepper, and sea salt. Toss to coat.
- Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the seasoned green beans and toss again.
