- Egg whites: 2 large
- Salt: a pinch
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine softened butter and granulated sugar, and beat until light and fluffy. Add egg whites and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
- Gradually mix in almond flour and a pinch of salt until a slightly sticky dough forms.
- Shape the dough into 1-inch balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them 2 inches apart. Flatten each ball slightly.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until the edges are golden brown. Let cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
