A delicious cheesecake inspired by Little Debbie Christmas Tree treats.
Ingredients

- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups whipped topping
- green food coloring
- red sprinkles for decoration
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
- Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
- Bake for 10 minutes, then let cool.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
- Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mix well.
- Fold in whipped topping and a few drops of green food coloring.
- Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
- Decorate with red sprinkles before serving.
Notes
- Make sure the cream cheese is at room temperature for easy mixing.
- You can adjust the green food coloring for desired shade.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
