Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups whipped topping
  • green food coloring
  • red sprinkles for decoration

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  4. Bake for 10 minutes, then let cool.
  5. In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
  6. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mix well.
  7. Fold in whipped topping and a few drops of green food coloring.
  8. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust.
  9. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
  10. Decorate with red sprinkles before serving.
