- 1 cup (240 ml) heavy cream
- 1 cup (100 g) grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup (240 ml) chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish, optional)
Instructions
- Season both sides of the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil and butter over medium-high heat, then sauté the sliced mushrooms until golden brown.
- Add minced garlic to the skillet and cook until fragrant.
- Pour in chicken broth, bring to a simmer, and reduce slightly.
- Stir in heavy cream and grated Parmesan cheese until smooth.
