- 2 cups mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Cook chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Remove chicken and set aside.
- Add garlic and mushrooms to the skillet. Sauté until mushrooms are soft.
- Stir in heavy cream, thyme, and parsley.
- Return chicken to the skillet. Simmer for 5-10 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
