- Garlic: 4 cloves (minced)
- Smoked paprika: 2 teaspoons
- Heavy cream: 1 cup
- Butter: 2 tablespoons
- Olive oil: 1 tablespoon
- Lemon juice: 2 tablespoons (freshly squeezed)
- Fresh parsley: 1/4 cup (chopped)
- Salt: to taste
- Black pepper: to taste
Instructions
- Rinse the fresh shrimp under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels. Season lightly with salt and black pepper.

- Pour in heavy cream and lemon juice, stirring well. Bring to a gentle simmer and let thicken for about 2-3 minutes.
- Return the cooked shrimp to the skillet, gently stir to coat in the sauce, and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes. Stir in chopped fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- Fresh shrimp is preferred, but frozen shrimp can be used if thawed properly.
- Adjust spice levels by adding cayenne pepper or reducing smoked paprika.
