- 1 lb (450 g) gnocchi
- 2 cups (about 300 g) cooked shredded chicken
- 8 oz (225 g) cream cheese
- 1 packet (1 oz or 28 g) ranch seasoning mix
- 1 cup (about 100 g) shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 green onions, sliced
- 6 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup (240 ml) chicken broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Prepare the chicken by shredding it into bite-sized pieces.
- Cook the gnocchi in a large pot of salted boiling water until they float, about 2-3 minutes, then drain.
- In a large skillet, simmer chicken broth, then add softened cream cheese and ranch seasoning, stirring until smooth.
- Combine shredded chicken, half of the crumbled bacon, and half of the cheddar cheese into the sauce, then gently fold in the cooked gnocchi.
- Season with salt and pepper, top with remaining cheddar cheese, and serve garnished with bacon and green onions.
Notes
- Overcooking the gnocchi can make them mushy.
- Use softened cream cheese for easier mixing.

- Reserve some bacon and green onions for garnish.
