Ingredients

  • Buldak ramen noodles: One package (approximately 140g)
  • Gochujang: 2 tablespoons
  • Heavy cream: 1/2 cup (120ml)
  • Garlic: 3 cloves, minced
  • Soy sauce: 1 tablespoon
  • Scallions: 2, chopped
  • Eggs: 2
  • Water: 2 cups (480ml)
  • Salt: A pinch

Instructions

  1. Boil the noodles in 2 cups of water for 3-4 minutes, then drain and set aside.
