Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine broccoli, cooked rice, cream of mushroom soup, cheddar cheese, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top of the casserole.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
