- 1 pound sausage
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, mix sausage and cream cheese until smooth.
- Add cheddar cheese, flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Form mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place balls on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve warm.
