Ingredients
- Fresh cranberries: 1 cup (about 100 grams)
- Garlic: 2 cloves, minced
- Mayonnaise: 1 cup (about 240 grams)
- Lemon juice: 2 tablespoons (freshly squeezed)
- Honey: 1 tablespoon
- Salt: 1/2 teaspoon (or to taste)
- Black pepper: 1/4 teaspoon (or to taste)
Instructions
- Gather all your ingredients.
- Prepare the base by rinsing the cranberries and removing any stems.
- Cook the cranberries in a small saucepan with a splash of water over medium heat until they burst (about 5-7 minutes).
- Blend the cooked cranberries, minced garlic, mayonnaise, lemon juice, honey, salt, and black pepper in a food processor until smooth.
- Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
Notes
- Fresh cranberries are preferred, but frozen cranberries can be used if thawed.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
