Instructions

  1. Gather all your ingredients.
  2. Prepare the base by rinsing the cranberries and removing any stems.
  3. Cook the cranberries in a small saucepan with a splash of water over medium heat until they burst (about 5-7 minutes).
  4. Blend the cooked cranberries, minced garlic, mayonnaise, lemon juice, honey, salt, and black pepper in a food processor until smooth.
