Ingredients

  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, ketchup, onion, eggs, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix until well combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a loaf pan and shape it into a loaf.
  5. Spread additional ketchup on top, if desired.
  6. Bake for 1 hour or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
