Instructions

- In a large bowl, mix the drained corn, sour cream, and melted butter.
- Add the cornmeal, salt, and pepper. Stir until well combined.
- Fold in the shredded cheese.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
