- 22 regular Oreo cookies
- 5 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup cold heavy cream
- 8 ounces full-fat brick cream cheese, softened to room temperature
- 3/4 cup confectioners’ sugar
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 12 whole Oreos, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Crush 22 Oreos into fine crumbs using a food processor or rolling pin inside a bag.
- Mix melted butter with Oreo crumbs. Press mixture firmly into the bottom and sides of a pie dish to form the crust.
- Bake crust for 10 minutes, then remove and cool completely.
- Whip cold heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- In a separate bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Add confectioners’ sugar and vanilla extract; beat until combined.
- Gently fold whipped cream into cream cheese mixture to keep it light and airy.
- Fold in chopped Oreos.
- Spread filling evenly over cooled crust. Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours to set.
Notes
- Do not overmix whipped cream into filling to keep light texture.
- Make sure cream cheese is fully softened to avoid lumps.
- Chill mixing bowl and beaters before whipping cream for better results.
- Use a sharp knife dipped in hot water for clean pie slices.
- Chill pie overnight for best flavor and texture.
