Description

Cookie dough brownies are a delightful treat that combines rich, fudgy brownies with a layer of sweet, creamy cookie dough.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup Unsalted Butter (melted)
  • 2 cups Granulated Sugar
  • 4 large Eggs
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 cup Cocoa Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Chocolate Chips
  • 1 cup Cookie Dough (store-bought or homemade)
  • Brown Sugar (for homemade cookie dough)
  • Flour (for homemade cookie dough)
  • Chocolate Chips (for cookie dough layer)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine melted butter and granulated sugar, then add eggs one at a time and mix well. Add vanilla extract.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Gradually add to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined. Fold in chocolate chips.
  4. Pour the brownie batter into the prepared pan and bake for 20-25 minutes. Check for doneness with a toothpick.
  5. While brownies cool, prepare the cookie dough layer by mixing cookie dough, brown sugar, flour, and chocolate chips.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of cookie dough over the cooled brownie base and spread gently.
  7. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until the cookie dough is set and lightly golden.
  8. Let cool completely on a wire rack before serving.
