Instructions
- Combine warm milk and active dry yeast in a large mixing bowl and let sit for 5-10 minutes until frothy.
- Add melted butter, granulated sugar, eggs, and salt to the yeast mixture and mix until well combined.
- In a small bowl, mix softened butter, brown sugar, and ground cinnamon to prepare the filling.
- Once the dough has risen, punch it down and roll it out into a rectangle (16×12 inches).
- Spread the cinnamon filling evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Tightly roll the dough into a log and slice it into 12 equal pieces.
- Place the rolls in a greased baking dish, cover with a towel, and let rise for 30-45 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake the rolls for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Prepare the cream cheese glaze by mixing softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
