- ground cinnamon – 1 teaspoon
- ground ginger – 1/2 teaspoon
- ground nutmeg – 1/4 teaspoon

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Prepare the pie crust and chill it in the refrigerator.
- Mix the pumpkin filling ingredients in a large bowl until smooth.
- Pour the filling into the prepared crust.
- Bake the pie for 15 minutes, then reduce the temperature to 350°F (175°C) and bake for an additional 35-40 minutes.
- Cool the pie on a wire rack for at least 2 hours before serving.
