Description

Ingredients

  • 4 slices of ham
  • 4 slices of Swiss cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 2 eggs
  • Salt to taste

  • 1/2 cup cooking oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Flatten each chicken breast using a meat mallet.
  3. Place a slice of ham and a slice of cheese on each flattened chicken breast.
  4. Roll the chicken breasts tightly and secure with toothpicks.
  5. Coat each roll in flour, dip in beaten eggs, and then coat with breadcrumbs.
  6. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat and brown the chicken rolls on all sides.
  7. Transfer the browned chicken to a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes.
