Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare your muffin tin.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients: flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
- In a separate bowl, mix the wet ingredients: melted butter, milk, eggs, and vanilla extract, then combine with the dry ingredients.
- In a small bowl, mix the softened butter, brown sugar, and ground cinnamon to create the filling.
- Spoon a small amount of muffin batter into each muffin cup, add a teaspoon of cinnamon filling, and cover with more batter until 2/3 full.

- Drizzle the creamy icing over the muffins once they have cooled slightly.
