For the cinnamon sugar filling:

For the cream cheese icing:

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients: flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine the wet ingredients: melted butter, buttermilk, eggs, and vanilla extract. Whisk until smooth.
