Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×13 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- Mix melted butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar until smooth; stir in vanilla extract.
- Beat in eggs one at a time until creamy; avoid overbeating.
- Whisk flour, cinnamon, baking powder, salt in separate bowl.
- Fold dry ingredients into wet ingredients gently; do not overmix.
- Combine cinnamon and brown sugar for swirl.
- Pour half the batter into pan, sprinkle half cinnamon sugar, add remaining batter, then remaining cinnamon sugar.
- Swirl cinnamon sugar into batter with knife or toothpick.
- Bake 25-30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean but moist.
- Prepare cream cheese frosting by beating cream cheese, butter, vanilla; gradually add powdered sugar and milk until desired consistency.
- Once blondies cool, spread frosting on top.
