Ingredients

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare your muffin tin.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients: flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and mix in the milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Combine with the dry ingredients and fold in the diced pears.
- Prepare the walnut topping by mixing chopped walnuts, brown sugar, and cinnamon in a small bowl.
- Fill each muffin cup about two-thirds full with the batter and sprinkle the walnut topping on top.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool in the tin for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
