- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- Two 8-oz packages refrigerated crescent roll dough or sheets
- 16 oz full fat cream cheese, softened
- ¾ cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1½ teaspoons vanilla extract
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted and cooled slightly
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13 baking pan.
- Unroll one tube of crescent dough and press the seams together. Place it into the bottom of the pan.
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, egg, and vanilla until smooth. Pour this mixture over the dough.
- Unroll the second tube of dough and press the seams together. Place it over the cheesecake mixture.
- Brush the melted butter over the dough, then sprinkle with the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
- Bake for 26-30 minutes or until golden brown and puffed.
- Allow to cool completely on a wire rack, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
- Feel free to top with whipped cream or fresh berries for added flavor.
- If you prefer a gluten-free option, use gluten-free crescent roll dough or another suitable crust.
- Ensure the cheesecake is fully chilled before slicing for the best texture.
