- 4 large eggs

- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar

- Red and green sprinkles for decoration
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a 10×15 inch jelly roll pan and line it with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, beat eggs and granulated sugar until thick and pale.
- Stir in vanilla extract.
- In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the egg mixture.
- Spread the batter evenly in the prepared pan.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
- Turn the cake onto a clean kitchen towel dusted with powdered sugar.
- Roll the cake with the towel and let it cool.
- Whip the heavy cream and mix in powdered sugar and vanilla extract.
- Unroll the cooled cake, spread the whipped cream filling, and reroll it carefully.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
- Decorate with sprinkles before serving.
