Ingredients

- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix peanut butter, powdered sugar, and graham cracker crumbs until well combined.
- Roll the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
- Chill the balls in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Melt chocolate chips and vegetable oil in a microwave or double boiler.
- Dip each ball into the melted chocolate, coating thoroughly.
- Place the chocolate-coated balls back on the baking sheet.
- Refrigerate until the chocolate hardens, about 30 minutes.

- Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
