Ingredients
- Mascarpone cheese: 250 grams
- Heavy cream: 200 ml
- Espresso: 1 cup
- Cocoa powder: 50 grams
- Dark chocolate: 100 grams
- Ladyfinger cookies: 200 grams
- Sugar: 100 grams
- Vanilla extract: 1 teaspoon
Instructions
- Prepare the coffee mixture by brewing espresso and letting it cool.
- Whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- Mix mascarpone cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture gently.
- Layer soaked ladyfingers in a dish, followed by mascarpone mixture and grated dark chocolate. Repeat layers.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving, dusting with cocoa powder before serving.
