Ingredients

  • Mascarpone cheese: 250 grams
  • Heavy cream: 200 ml
  • Espresso: 1 cup
  • Cocoa powder: 50 grams
  • Dark chocolate: 100 grams
  • Ladyfinger cookies: 200 grams
  • Sugar: 100 grams
  • Vanilla extract: 1 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Prepare the coffee mixture by brewing espresso and letting it cool.
  2. Whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  3. Mix mascarpone cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture gently.
  5. Layer soaked ladyfingers in a dish, followed by mascarpone mixture and grated dark chocolate. Repeat layers.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving, dusting with cocoa powder before serving.
