- 1 ½ cups halved strawberries
- 2 ⅓ cups semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup heavy cream
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Prepare brownie batter according to package instructions and pour into the lined pan.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Allow the brownies to cool completely in the pan.
- Top cooled brownies with halved strawberries, arranging them evenly across the surface.
- To make ganache, heat heavy cream in a saucepan until bubbles form around the edges. Pour over chocolate chips in a bowl and let sit for 5 minutes.
- Whisk the cream and chocolate mixture until smooth and glossy.
- Pour ganache evenly over the strawberries and brownies.
- Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes to set the ganache.
- Slice into squares and serve cold.
Notes
- Do not overbake the brownies—moist crumbs on the toothpick are ideal.
