These chocolate peanut butter no bake cookies are quick and easy to make. Perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth without turning on the oven.

- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 3 cups quick oats
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine sugar, cocoa powder, butter, and milk.
- Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring frequently.
- Once boiling, let it cook for 1 minute without stirring.
- Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter and vanilla until smooth.
- Add oats and mix until fully combined.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto wax paper.
- Let cookies cool and set for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Store cookies in an airtight container.
- Substitute almond butter for a different flavor.
- Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less sugar.
