Chocolate Covered Graham Crackers are fun and easy treats combining crunchy graham crackers, smooth chocolate, and fluffy marshmallow creme.

- 12 graham crackers, halved
- 1/2 cup marshmallow creme
- 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
- 3 tablespoons coconut oil
- 1 bag candy eyes
- 1 container black cookie frosting
Instructions
- Cut graham crackers in half and spread marshmallow creme on one half. Place a popsicle stick on the marshmallow and top with the other half. Chill on a parchment-lined tray in the freezer.
- Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in a heatproof bowl using 20-second microwave intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Dip chilled cracker sandwiches in melted chocolate using a fork, coating completely. Place on a parchment-lined tray.
- While chocolate is still wet, add candy eyes to each cracker. Chill for 15 minutes until chocolate sets.
- Use black cookie frosting to decorate around the eye and draw additional spooky features. Chill for another 15 minutes.
Notes
- Use high-quality chocolate for better flavor and smooth melting.
- Don’t overheat chocolate or it will seize—heat gently in intervals.
- Make sure cracker sandwiches are well-chilled before dipping for easier coating.
- Decorate while chocolate is still soft for best results.
