Description

Chocolate Chip Cheesecake is a rich and creamy dessert featuring a cocoa graham cracker crust, a smooth cream cheese filling, and mini chocolate chips for a decadent treat.


Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/3 cup white sugar
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/3 cup butter, melted
  • 3 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese
  • 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 cup mini semisweet chocolate chips, divided
  • 1 teaspoon all-purpose flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C). Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, cocoa powder, and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. Beat the cream cheese until smooth and creamy. Gradually add the sweetened condensed milk, followed by the eggs, one at a time. Stir in vanilla extract.
  3. In a small bowl, toss 1/3 of the mini chocolate chips with the flour. Fold them into the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Pour the cheesecake batter into the crust. Sprinkle the remaining chocolate chips on top.
  5. Bake for 1 hour, then turn off the oven and let the cheesecake cool inside for 1 hour. Remove from oven and allow to reach room temperature before refrigerating.
  6. Chill the cheesecake in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight. Once chilled, remove from the springform pan and slice to serve.
